Fatal Frame II continues Tecmo's distinct take on survival horror with a new storyline featuring twin sisters who stumble upon an ancient evil. Rather than take place within a haunted mansion as in the original game, Fatal Frame II has players exploring an entire village: the sisters' hometown now mysteriously abandoned. The terror begins when Mio Amakura's sibling, Mayu, spots a red butterfly glowing in the sky above them.
